• Manage digital client onboarding (account openings for German and international shipping clients, including KYC checks).

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations:

• Account management

• Payment transactions & cash management

• Guarantee business

• Interest rate & currency management

• Coordinate with internal departments regularly.

• Support customer service representatives with sales-related tasks.

• Completed training in banking, commercial sector, or relevant shipping industry experience.

• Professional experience in commercial banking, international business, or payment transactions is advantageous.

• Structured, goal-oriented approach with high quality standards.

• Excellent communication skills in German and good English proficiency (especially for international client calls).
