Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end receivables process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and issuing accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and following up on outstanding payments
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Liaising with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth payment processes
• Assisting with month-end reporting and audit preparation
• Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
