Aureum Health is a new Connecticut addiction recovery company built on a simple premise: addiction is a chronic, brain-based illness, and recovery requires care that is continuous, coordinated, and measured, not a 30-day program followed by a referral list. Aureum Health is built on utilizing evidence-based practices, modalities, and medications including use of GLP-1 receptor agonists for clinically appropriate clients. We are defining a new category for substance use disorder (SUD).
Our model, the Aureum Recovery System™, brings addiction psychiatry/addiction medicine, evidence-based therapy, high-frequency recovery coaching from Client Success Partners, and community support into one plan for each client. Care moves through defined phases, from intake and stabilization to long-term momentum, and we track what matters: engagement, recovery capital, and quality of life.
As one of our founding APRNs, you'll work alongside our CEO and addiction physicians to manage medication treatment, treat co-occurring conditions, and follow clients through their first year of recovery. You'll join a small team where psychiatry, therapy, and coaching share one plan, and you'll help shape the protocols that make that care repeatable as Aureum grows.
