Serpe Andrews, PLLC is a growing regional civil defense law firm representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, including medical malpractice, employment, personal injury, insurance coverage, and government liability defense. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Washington team.

Position Summary
The Associate Attorney will work on all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, trial preparation, and trial. This role offers the opportunity to develop litigation skills while working closely with experienced attorneys on complex civil defense matters.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington State and good standing with the applicable bar.
• Experience handling civil litigation matters is preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professional excellence and client service.
• Interest in participating in all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial.

Compensation
Serpe Andrews is committed to providing competitive compensation. The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
