Mostyn Law is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our personal injury docket. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of work experience, strong writing skills, and be highly organized and punctual. Be passionate about providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and Eligible to Practice in Texas; additional states are a plus
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Limited Travel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues
- Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Drafting correspondence
- Motion practice, including attendance at hearings
- Taking depositions
- Communicate and respond to clients' questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintaining hard and electronic files for each client
After 60 days of employment candidates qualify for insurance benefits, the firm pays medical in full for the employee and dependents. Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability, are available but premiums are paid by employee.
