Lovik & Juhl, PLLC is Hiring.
Our growing Seattle-based firm seeks a motivated attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment that offers diverse legal work. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, probate, and/or estate planning. Candidates with experience in and an interest in growing a family law practice will also be considered.
We seek a mid-level associate prepared to take ownership of complex litigation and contribute to case strategy and management. The role offers meaningful responsibility, close collaboration with experienced mentors, and a clear path for professional growth in a dynamic practice.
You will:
Handle all aspects of litigation: discovery, motions, trials, and client communication.
Draft and negotiate contracts, commercial leases, and business agreements.
Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Advise clients on insurance coverage and represent them in claims disputes.
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and other documents.
You have:
A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Washington State Bar.
3-5 years of legal experience (a mix of litigation, transactional, and/or estate planning is ideal).
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
