Description

Established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury firm seeking litigation and trial attorney with 0-4 years experience in Personal Injury Law. Candidate should be an expert in time and case organization, willingness to take on difficult cases with high volume, excel in client communication, have the ability to multi-task and excited to work on a diverse case load as do Plaintiff’s work.

The position allows the attorney to work collaboratively with the partners and other associate attorneys in the office and pays salary, benefits, and very competitive fee splitting for originated business.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high-volume caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
Take and defend depositions.
Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
Assist with trial preparation and participate/handle/chair trials to jury verdict.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and negotiate settlements/conduct settlement conferences/mediations.
 

Qualifications:

0 to 4 years experience in Personal Injury.
Must be currently licensed (not pending) to practice in Illinois and in good standing.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. 
Trial or deposition experience is a plus.
 

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary ($70,000.00-$90,000.00) with bonus structure based on individual case performance and results.
