Tehrani Law, LLC, Accident Injury Law, is searching for a full-time attorney to join our amazing team. We handle personal injury cases in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C., and we also handle workers' compensation claims in Maryland. We are seeking a self-starter who is a motivated, excited, and experienced attorney who is interested in joining our fast-growing law office located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Our office thrives on making genuine connections with our clients and the community, and we succeed by using a client-centered approach to our practice. We also form bonds with other local small and large businesses, such as physical therapists and chiropractors. We are looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about clients and our community and who is willing to jump into the work immediately.

The attorney is expected to handle a full client case load from initial intake to full trial or settlement, including pre-litigation and litigation work. This includes client communications, communication with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, court clerks, and others involved in pre-litigation and litigation. Attorneys are also expected to handle insurance demands, all court filings, court appearances, discovery, mediation, hearings, and trials. Trial experience and workers' compensation experience are a plus. Networking experience is also a huge plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
