Ashcraft & Gerel LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney (primarily auto accidents) to join our growing team. The attorney must be licensed in Virginia (D.C. and/or MD a plus). This position may be in-person at one of our offices or primarily remote for the right candidate. 

 This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney that is comfortable managing his or her own docket of cases. The position offers a competitive compensation package that rewards performance and professionalism. The Firm supports its attorneys with experienced intake professionals, paralegals, and lien resolution coordinators. 

Requirements

• Expertise in Law, with a strong emphasis on Personal Injury
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and guiding clients through complex issues
• Ability to conduct thorough legal Research and analyze case documents
• Skilled in Negotiation to effectively resolve disputes and secure favorable outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and advocacy
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a legal team and manage cases independently
• Prior experience in personal injury or related practice areas is a plus
