Description
Personal Injury Attorney
O’Connor Acciani & Levy is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our rapidly growing Cincinnati office. Candidates must be self-starters, able to handle all aspects of litigation, with excellent communication skills and a superior commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in both pre-suit and litigation cases for personal injury, including auto accidents, slip and falls and premises liability
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations and trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Strengthen client relations and promote client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active Attorney license in Ohio and/or Kentucky
- Trial Experience is preferred but not required
- Desired Experience: 3-5+ years
Compensation
This position is salaried with a structured bonus.
