We are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate who is motivated to not only make a difference in our clients' lives, but motivated to eventually transition from Associate to Partner, and ultimately, to be part of the next generation of leadership for the firm.

What You Will Do
- Lead family law matters from inception to resolution, including divorce, child custody, support, and complex asset division.
- Provide empathetic, high-stakes counsel to clients navigating life transitions.
- Develop your own professional "brand" within the community.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 3 years of dedicated Family Law experience and are licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Entrepreneurial: You don’t just want to "do law"; you want to understand how a business thrives.
- Compassionate but Firm: You understand the emotional nuances of family law but remain a fierce advocate for your clients.
- Growth-Minded: You are looking for your "forever" professional home and are excited by the prospect of firm ownership.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: Competitive base of $115,000 to $155,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses.
