Faber Fairchild McCurdy LLP seeks to add two attorneys to its Bellingham office:

Transactional Business Attorney 
The firm seeks a transactional attorney to assist with a broad range of matters involving business transactions, real estate, entity formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business counseling for closely held companies and entrepreneurs. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential. All experience levels will be considered.

Litigation Attorney (Three or More Years of Experience)
The firm also seeks a litigation attorney with at least three years of experience. The successful candidate will assist with an exciting variety of commercial, real estate, and employment disputes, and must have very strong writing and communication skills and be tolerable by lawyer standards.
