About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audience Engagement Coordinator to support the execution of on-air strategic initiatives across NewsNation and our affiliated networks, including Rewind TV, Antenna TV, and Audio platforms. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our promotional content is accurate, timely, and strategically aligned with network priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains precision under pressure, and takes ownership of their work to help deliver a seamless on-air viewer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, track, and manage on-air promotional elements for NewsNation, including snipes, promos, bugs, and graphic updates.
• Execute and oversee same-day promotional adjustments following playlist distribution to Master Control.
• Serve as a backup for promo scheduling and placement across NewsNation, Rewind TV, Antenna TV, and Audio networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Programming, and Operations teams to maintain promotional consistency and accuracy.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support on a rotational basis as part of the broader team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes for on-air accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive updates in a live broadcast environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently during late-day shifts, with flexibility for occasional off-hour needs.
• Background in broadcast operations, promo scheduling, or traffic coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Wide Orbit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel is a plus.
• Calm and adaptable under pressure, particularly during breaking news or rapid changes.
• A curious, growth-minded professional who seeks to understand the "why" behind strategic decisions and strives for operational excellence.
• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually
