Recognized as a Golf Digest Top 100 and Golf.com Top 50 Club Fitter, Moon Golf of Auburn is looking to hire passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Club Repair Specialist and Builder. At our core, we are golf junkies! We focus on providing the highest level of service in the industry and that is what continues to set us apart. We often are recognized for our fittings, but club repair and club building are just as important to us. We take great pride in our quality workmanship whether it is a new set of custom irons or a 20-year-old driver reshaft. We don't cut corners and we don't compromise, its not in our DNA.

We are looking for individuals that have a passion for golf and the desire to help golfers of all skill levels. We are enthusiastic about providing our customers outstanding service and are looking for people that share the same enthusiasm. A club repair specialist at Moon Golf not only does club repair but ensures each customer has a great experience.

Essential Responsibilities

All Club Repair Specialists are responsible for the following:

• Greeting and engaging with customers
• Keeping up with new product additions in shafts, grips, etc
• Reshafting
• Regripping
• Upkeep of The Garage (What we call our repair facility)
• Swing weighting
• Maintaining Grip/Shaft inventory, ordering supplies, etc

Benefits

• MONTHLY BONUS: We operate on a 4 tier bonus structure that pays out based on what tier that months sales fall under.
• INCENTIVES: We incentivize on inline/current product, and these are paid quarterly. This amount can vary/range depending on products sold. Expect anywhere from $500 - $1,200 per quarter. Although repair specialists aren't selling new product, what they do is equally as important and therefore receive equal incentives.
• PTO- 13 Days beginning at your hire date and restarting every anniversary.
• SWAG- We love our brand and want you to wear it proudly. You'll have all kinds of Moon Golf logo golf shirts, t shirts, hats, bags, hoodies, gym shorts, etc.

Eligible After 90 Days:

• STAFF DEALS- opportunity to work with OEMs on equipment deals.
• SIMPLE IRA- after 90 days of employment, eligible for a company funded retirement account that contributes 2% of your pay. This 2% comes from us and you are free to add more if you choose.
