Controller position available with dealership group expanding around San Francisco Bay and Los Angeles.  Proven background building, organizing, and leading strong controller team.  Hands-on expertise across range of financial functions and, in particular, managing liquidity, pay plans and payroll, and factory incentives.  Highly capable user of the DMS and related technology to provide financial and operational information and analysis to management, daily.  Deep experience with controller and accounting best practices, including accurate and timely completion of dealer financial statements before monthly deadlines.  Member of senior management reporting directly to dealer principal and participating in strategic decisions.  Opportunity to advance to controller for multiple dealerships.  Top compensation and bonus based on performance benchmarks and profitability.  Full benefit package.  If you have top financial and leadership skills and want to grow with a growing organization, please send resume

Requirements

Several years as a dealership controller.  Strong accounting background, degree preferred.  Experienced user of CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.  Proficiency in Excel.
