Independent Propane Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and professional team in our Granby office. We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A team player with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Capable of following tasks through to completion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account questions
• Perform basic accounting and data entry tasks
• Provide general office and customer support
• Train and certify as a Dispenser Operator, including filling BBQ cylinders, free-standing containers, and motor vehicles

Compensation & Benefits:
