Covenant Christian School is seeking to strengthen our preschool through elementary school programs while remaining true to our mission of partnering with Christian parents to equip their children to serve God in His world by providing a Christ-centered, academically excellent education.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Lead curriculum development, instructional practices and academic programming for preschool through grade 5
Support and evaluate elementary teachers, aides and specialists through coaching, feedback and professional growth plans
Strengthen and sustain elementary programs and enrichment opportunities in alignment with long term vision
Foster a love for learning and student growth to include support and behavior systems as well as communication with families 
Oversee daily operations of the elementary program including staffing and schedules

Qualifications 
Administrative degree in Education or related field preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred
Elementary teaching and leadership experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
Commitment to school mission and agreement with Covenant Christian School’s statement of faith required
