Airstar America, the inventor and leading manufacturer of balloon lighting solutions, has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a motivated person to maintain and increase our Event Lighting Sales and Rentals business. This position reports directly to Sales Management and may require some travel. We're looking for someone eager and driven, because the potential for growth is only limited by your ambition.

Job Description
- Assist in managing our Event Lighting Sales and Rental business
- Engage in establishing a strategic plan to identify and target new accounts and help grow existing accounts
- Work directly with Event Planners, DMCs, Production Companies, Experiential Marketing Agencies, AV Companies and Rental Houses to aid in developing sales/rental opportunities and build trusted relationships within the industry
- Help conduct in-person sales calls, product pitches, and training exercises
- Demonstrate products live to show the power and effectiveness of our lighting
- Facilitate coordination with production team to ensure efficiency of product rental business
- Support the promotion of Airstar by attending industry shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Participate in weekly job visits to ensure successful working relationships with our clients and technical team

Skills/Qualifications
- Maintain a professional manner and appearance
- Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed
- Regularly participate in networking and relationship-building activities
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operate a computer with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word) and Google Suite (Gmail / Drive)
- Experience with CRM systems / Microsoft Dynamics 365 / HubSpot a plus
- Work well in a team environment
- Follow direction from sales leadership
- Organize and plan your work to maximize efficiency

Requirements
In order to be considered, you need to meet the following conditions:
Job Requirements
- Must live in Central Florida (or be willing to relocate) to be considered
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of Event Industry terminology and practices
- Have 2-3 years of event, production, and/or sales experience
- Be willing to travel as needed to support sales/rentals in your region
- Observe flexible working hours to meet the unexpected demands as required for support of sales / rental business
