We are growing!  This new position, Financial Analyst, will be responsible for providing analysis, reporting, insights, and narratives on sales, operational, and overall business performance analytics and KPI's. This position will be located at our Indianapolis, IN headquarters.  The Opportunity: Financial Analyst
What you will do.Work directly with business leaders on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting.Work with finance and business leaders during the close period to resolve issues and report progress through the monthly business close.Report on monthly performance, providing analysis, insights, and narratives of financial data. Develop actionable insights to drive business performance. Distribute monthly functional spend analysis, sales and operational KPI's, leading and lagging indicators, retention results, reporting, and field results as required. Lead market labor services pricing rationalization. Support field business leaders with a regular review of customer service contract analysis. 

What you will bring to NELBUD. Advanced degree and/or at least 3 years of related experience. Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet software, ERP, and Sub Systems for data reporting, such as ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric/BI.
