Bernstein | Polsky is a Boca Raton–based boutique civil law firm committed to fighting for justice on behalf of a statewide and national client base. Our practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and first-party property insurance claims.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking to immediately fill an in-office position at our state-of-the-art office in East Boca Raton.

First-Party Property Plaintiff Attorney
Overview:
We are seeking a bright, hardworking, and outgoing attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on claim handling and litigation.
The attorney will handle first-party property claims from inception through settlement, including:
- Adjusting claims in a manner similar to a public adjuster
- Inspecting homes and properties
- Meeting and negotiating with insurance adjusters
- Filing suit and litigating claims when necessary
- Negotiating and resolving claims efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior first-party property litigation experience required
- Plaintiff or defense background will be considered
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Additional Information:
Bernstein | Polsky handles both first-party property and personal injury matters. As the firm evolves, this position may transition to include more personal injury work.
Six-figure salary commensurate with experience.
