Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary: | The job of Fitness Center Supervisor is to assist in the general oversight of the fitness centers including training, hiring, and evaluating student staff. Additionally, the Team Leader will play a role in generating and implementing new policies/ideas for the fitness centers pertaining to programing and operations. The Fitness Center Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact on various evenings between the hours of 6pm 12am and weekends when the Fitness Coordinator is unavailable. |

| Requirements: | • Must obtain/maintain CPR/AED certification. • Must have worked as a fitness center attendant for a minimum of 1 full semester. • Must be currently employed within Villanova Recreation and be in good standing. • Must have knowledge of policies/procedures within all fitness centers. |
