Global Digital Manufacturing Architect & Build Lead, Rockwell Automation, Inc., Twinsburg, OH:
Provide technical and project management support by coordinating the architecture, design, and development of software applications across build resources globally including but not limited to the following locations: Poland and the United States. Lead the preparation of functional specifications to ensure software applications have detailed descriptions of features and functionalities. Coordinate the preparation of design documents per approved requirements that includes requirements statement, problem definitions, solution descriptions, test scenarios, and migration issues. Prepare work estimates for assigned tasks and develop iterative prototypes. Provide feedback on deliverables and complete tasks according to scheduled milestones. Manage well documented and performing code including source code documentation to ensure code meets organizational standards. Support professional development of staff by coaching and mentoring to improve performance.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of related post-baccalaureate work experience.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Full stack application development;

Agile Scrum methodologies;

Configuring ThingWorx Industrial Internet of Things applications; and
-
Scripting with Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, Oracle, or SQL Server.
International travel required up to 5%; Domestic required up to 5%.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
