Job Summary
The IT Business Analyst will focus on providing enterprise-level support for JD Edwards Enterprise One Distribution modules. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables. The Business Analyst will provide functional analysis to support the development of new applications and the maintenance of existing systems.
What Youll Do
Support the JD Edwards end-user community across the enterprise
Gather and analyze requirements from end-users regarding application issues and system enhancements
Respond to customer needs with urgency and strong attention to detail
Troubleshoot issues related to JD Edwards Distribution modules
Serve as the lead Business Analyst on Procurement module implementations
Configure the Procurement module, including related DMAAIs, for new implementations
Conduct training sessions for new systems and refresher courses for existing systems
Execute testing scenarios for new or modified applications and programs
Prepare and maintain system and process documentation
Create and maintain reports using JD Edwards Enterprise One tools
Travel up to 30% to support onsite implementations and provide subject matter expertise
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards Enterprise One
5+ years of JD Edwards implementation or upgrade experience
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Functional knowledge of JD Edwards Sales, Procurement, Shop Floor Management, OTC, PTP, and EDI
In-depth knowledge of the Procurement module, including Receiving, Landed Cost, and Voucher Match
Strong understanding of integrations with Sales Order Entry, Inventory, Finance, and Procurement modules
In-depth knowledge of DMAAIs, particularly those related to Procurement
Demonstrated experience delivering JD Edwards Procurement training to end-users
