AKW LAW, P.C. is looking for a Junior Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are a renowned firm dedicated to representing individuals harmed by their employers, and we offer an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking to build their litigation skills in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and ready to take on new responsibilities with guidance from experienced attorneys. This position provides hands-on experience in all stages of litigation and exposure to meaningful cases.
This role will start as 5 days in the office at our Northgate location, with the possibility of 1-day WFH in the future. We are ~5 minutes from the Northgate light rail station.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE

- Must have WA law license in good standing at the time of application or taking the July 2026 WA state bar exam
- Interest or experience in employment litigation (1-2 years preferred, but not required)
