- Legal Content Reviewer Professional Responsibility Compliance
Description
AI Academy Center LLC, operating as The Esquire Method, is a professional legal education platform providing structured workflow frameworks and risk mitigation protocols designed exclusively for licensed U.S. attorneys. Our educational materials are developed to the standard of an internal firm compliance manual and are used by solo practitioners and small-to-mid-size law firms navigating the intersection of technology and professional responsibility.
We are seeking a licensed Florida attorney to serve as a part-time Legal Content Reviewer on an independent contractor basis. This individual will function as a pre-publication compliance checkpoint for all educational materials produced under The Esquire Method brand — reviewing content for professional responsibility accuracy, appropriate scope, and alignment with current ABA Model Rules and applicable Florida Bar standards.
The scope of this role is strictly limited to confirming the accuracy of legal frameworks, professional duty citations, and professional responsibility language contained within our educational materials. The reviewer is not responsible for evaluating technical subject matter, instructional design, or any non-legal content elements.
This engagement does not involve client representation, the provision of legal advice to end-users, or the formation of any attorney-client relationship of any kind. It is a content review and legal accuracy verification function only.
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Minimum of three (3) years of post-admission legal practice experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, with particular attention to Rules 1.1, 1.6, 3.3, and 5.1–5.3
- Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to deliver precise, actionable written feedback in written form
- Capacity to complete assigned reviews within agreed turnaround windows on a project basis
- Preferred: Experience in legal ethics, professional responsibility, or bar compliance matters
- Prior experience in legal education, CLE content development, or bar examination preparation
- Work Arrangement:
- This is a fully remote engagement. All materials will be transmitted digitally and feedback is to be delivered in written form. In-person meetings are not required; however, candidates located in South Florida are welcome and periodic in-person coordination may be arranged by mutual agreement.
