Job description:

Established law firm on the Treasure Coast & Okeechobee seeking Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation attorney for our growing team. Ideal candidate does not have to have personal injury or litigation experience – we are happy to train  and teach you.  Responsibilities to include:

Drafting Complaints, responding to discovery, drafting motions, handling hearings, depositions, and mediations;
Assisting with trial work;
Maintain and manage a moderate to caseload of litigation cases while making consistent moves toward resolution;
Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the litigation process
Provide direction and communication to support staff while also holding them accountable for any work delegated;
