Description
About the RoleThe Maintenance Engineer participates in managing and maintaining all broadcast and technology related equipment within the facility.
Salary - $20.00 to $25.00 hourly
Requirements
- Possess superior trouble shooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work extended hours as needed may include overnight and weekends
- Be initiative-taking, desire to learn new skills consistent with good engineering/IT practices
Experience
- 2 years previous broadcast engineering experience.
- Broadcast equipment repair and maintenance skills required including experience with the repair and maintenance of video cameras, video routers, ingest and playout servers, newscast automation equipment.
