Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 - 8 years' industrial maintenance experience
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical skills
• Experienced using computers and a computerized maintenance management control system (SAP).
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Required to work a 5X8 schedule running from Monday through Friday
• Ability to breakdown and setup patty formers
• Working knowledge of Wielder mixers and grinders

Principal Accountabilities

• SAP/ maintenance and reliability
• Coordinating special projects
• Ability to utilize measuring devices
• Engagement meetings with other shifts
• PM optimization
• Leading team on daily shift expectations
• Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical functions
• Advanced safety knowledge to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CMMS software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill experience
• Meat processing equipment
• Coordinating team efforts
