Description
Brand Strategy & Development- Define and implement brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Shape and guide all brand output across the organisation
- Conduct market research to inform and enrich brand objectives
Brand Standards & Identity
- Establish and maintain custody of the company's voice, narrative, and visual identity
- Communicate and enforce branding standards including colours, typography, and tone of voice
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints and channels
- Set creative standards for content development
Campaign Delivery
- Develop and deliver multi-channel brand marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and commercial teams on integrated campaigns
- Utilise social media effectively to achieve brand goals
- Support digital transformation initiatives through brand lens
Measurement & Reporting
- Establish measurement and tracking frameworks to evaluate brand performance
- Monitor campaign activity and report on ROI
- Use data to inform ongoing brand development
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership including Head of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer
- Collaborate across internal marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
Requirements to include:
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in brand marketing roles
- Financial services or asset management background essential
- Proven track record in brand strategy development and/or rebrands
- Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
