Mid-Senior Level Probate & Trust Litigation Attorney – Hybrid - Flexible
TITLE: ATTORNEY
LOCATION: WASHINGTON STATE or OREGON, HYBRID, FLEXIBLE
SALARY: $150,000 - $200,000 depending on existing business book, bonus structure, and other considerations
BENEFITS: 401K with 3% match, medical, dental, vision
Wool Landon® needs an experienced mid-to-senior first chair Washington litigator with recent trial experience to support our clients with conservatorships, probate litigation, wills and trust contests, related personal injury claims such as wrongful death and, unfortunately, vulnerable person abuse claims.
Our Candidate
This is not an associate attorney position. A qualified candidate has established business in the state of Washington in or around Clark County, Spokane, Tri-Cities, or the Puget Sound area, and has business development skills with the ability to connect with people and develop client relationships. This is a lead attorney position where you will manage cases, supervise your team and take the lead in court. You will be provided with the needed administrative support so that you can focus on what you do best: practicing law. NO RECRUITERS.

Required
- 8 years of active civil litigation trial experience
- Probate, guardianship, and trust litigation experience highly desired
- Member of the Washington State Bar in good standing or ability to become licensed in Washington, Oregon licensing a plus, Arizona licensing a plus
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Significant Courtroom Experience
