We are seeking a dynamic and visionary cardiology nurse practitioner to join us on this exciting journey building an outpatient multidisciplinary Heart Failure Clinic. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage a patient panel of 5 to 15 per day

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate closely with the founders to define the strategic vision and mission of the novel heart failure clinic.

Lead the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality and efficient healthcare services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Cardiology nurse practitioner with training in advanced heart failure and/or significant experience treating heart failure patients

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

AANP or ANCC Certified

Active, unrestricted state license (or ability to obtain)

Active DEA license

US Work Authorization

Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
