Sheology is a women’s healthcare practice built around something simple: women deserve to feel heard, understood, and well cared for.

Our membership-based model gives us the time to get to know our patients, look at the whole picture of their health, and provide thoughtful, personalized care. Our focus includes women’s primary care, hormone health and medical weight management.

We are growing and looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for women’s health.

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a provider who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants the time to practice medicine thoughtfully.

You’ll care for women with a wide variety of health needs—from routine primary care and acute concerns to perimenopause, menopause, hormone health, and weight management.

Because we are membership-based, our focus isn’t on seeing as many patients as possible. It’s on providing excellent care, educating our patients, following their progress, and building relationships that last.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive women’s primary and preventive care.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health concerns.
Evaluate and treat perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related symptoms.
Develop and manage individualized hormone therapy treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic testing.
Provide medical weight management, including medication management when appropriate.
Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
Educate patients so they understand their health, their options, and the reasoning behind their treatment plan.
Follow patient progress and adjust care as needed.
Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Work closely with our team to create an exceptional patient experience.

Experience in women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause and menopause care, medical weight management, metabolic health, or functional/integrative medicine is highly valued.
