Responsibilities
What your day will look like:
- Communicating with consumers by telephone, and through written correspondence, to assist them with setting up payment plans and problem resolution to bring resolution to accounts Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Making recommendations to implement improved processes Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
