Plan staff work scheds, assign crews to jobs, & ensure that all vehicles & eqpmt meet safety stndrds. Maint comm'n w/ team members, monitor vehicle maintenance, & supply invt. Address cust needs, train staff, & review reports on oprns & resource usage. Help improve work procedures & srvc quality as needed w/in co.
