Job Responsibilities

•         Primarily office-based with occasional field work.
•         Projects include land development, site development, and public works.
•         Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation.
•         Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus.
•         Create digital terrain models from field survey data.
•         Review and check work for quality control.
•         Conduct deed research.
•         Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor.
•         Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required;  Specialized vocational training is a plus.
•  2 years of land survey experience.
•  Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D.
•  Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus.
•  Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisor, and others.
•  Willingness and ability to be based in an office and do occasional field work.
