Personal Injury Attorney.
We are currently hiring for two attorney positions to handle prelitigation and litigation cases in both Nevada State Court and Federal Court.
Prior personal injury experience is an absolute requirement for one of the roles, while the second position is open to candidates without personal injury experience. You will be expected to be able to work on personal injury cases independently with minimal assistance from a supervising attorney.
Successful candidates will have:
0-5 years’ experience negotiating and litigating Personal Injury cases
Strong communication skills
Approachability and able to build rapport with clients to strengthen relationships
Attention to detail
Ability to manage a large caseload
Ability to manage and lead support staff
Ability to review and analyze medical records and bills
Able to handle all aspects of litigation discovery without supervision
Able to calculate damages, including medical expenses, property damages, and lost wages claims.
A Can-Do attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other staff members and attorneys.
Accountability
Willingness to attend after-hours events on weekdays and/or weekends to help build brand awareness for the firm
Willingness to take an active role in the growth of the firm by attending and contributing ideas at marketing and budget meetings
Accessibility and a willingness to take calls after hours or on weekends if necessary
Trial experience is preferred but not required.

For the second attorney, we are looking for a junior attorney or a new law school graduate with the following qualifications:

Pay listed is a base salary which does not include additional opportunities for bonuses, or commissions.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
