Role Description
We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacists to join our team in a role that offers a unique path to professional and financial growth. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Accurately verify prescription orders and oversee the dispensing process.
Ability to foster relationships with our customers, a cornerstone of our business.
Provide high-level patient counseling and drug therapy consultations.
Collaborate effectively with local physicians and healthcare professionals.
Maintain a seamless workflow by supporting the existing pharmacy team.
Qualifications
Licensure: Candidates must maintain all licenses and certifications required by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Must have active Missouri Pharmacist license.
Expertise: Proficiency in modern prescription verification workflows.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for customer service and collaboration.
Team Player: A willingness to adapt to the needs of the pharmacy and integrate smoothly into our tight-knit team.
Bonus Skills: Experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding is a plus and directly correlates to increased earning potential. Additionally, being Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a vital asset for our frequent patient demographics. (Not Required)
