Salary: $100,000–$155,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Established South Florida litigation firm seeks Associate and Senior Associate Attorneys for its Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance defense practice. Prior Florida PIP defense litigation experience is strongly preferred. Attorneys with substantial general insurance defense experience will also be considered.

This position offers significant litigation responsibility, professional autonomy, and a flexible work environment. Remote work is available, with the option for a hybrid arrangement at our North Miami office. In-person court appearances and other litigation proceedings may be required.

Responsibilities include managing an assigned caseload, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, conducting legal research, attending hearings and depositions, communicating with insurance carrier clients, and developing litigation strategies.

Applicants must be members in good standing of The Florida Bar and possess strong legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
