Responsibilities
Join Enlyte's Casualty Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Solutions. In this strategic role, you'll be the driving force behind marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and thought leadership initiatives that empower Area Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers to successfully sell Enlyte's solutions.
You'll combine product marketing expertise with sales enablement strategy, campaign execution, and program management to deliver high-impact marketing that drives customer engagement and business growth. Working across a matrixed organization, you'll partner with clinical product leadership, sales teams, creative professionals, and subject matter experts to develop accurate, compelling, field-ready resources that make a real difference in how our solutions are marketed and sold.
What You'll Do
Campaign Development & Execution
Assit with developing large multi-touch marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for Enlyte's clinical solutions
Build comprehensive campaign briefs that outline strategy, messaging, tactics, timeline, and success metrics
Make strategic optimization decisions based on performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Sales Enablement & Field Support
Create marketing content and sales tools specifically designed to help Area Sales Managers successfully sell field case management solutions
Develop high-quality sales collateral including one-sheets, case studies, competitive positioning, ROI materials, and sales presentations
Provide ongoing field sales support, training, and responsive assistance to ASMs
Gather and incorporate field feedback to ensure marketing materials address real selling challenges and customer needs
Thought Leadership & Content Development
Develop thought leadership content that positions Enlyte as a clinical authority
Create educational and clinical content across multiple formats (webinars, articles, case studies, whitepapers, infographics)
Ensure all content is clinically accurate, compelling, and aligned with Enlyte's brand and positioning
Translate complex clinical and technical information into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences
Webinar & Program Management
Lead recurring webinar and educational programs
Manage program strategy, speaker coordination, content development, and promotional execution
Track program performance, participant feedback, and ROI
Continuously optimize programs based on data and stakeholder feedback
Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive alignment and collaboration across clinical product leadership, sales, creative, digital marketing, marketing operations, and subject matter experts
Manage complex project dependencies and timelines in a matrixed organization
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives
Ensure clinical accuracy, compliance, and quality standards across all marketing materials
Qualifications
Required Experience:
5+ years in product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, sales support, or related B2B marketing roles
Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Experience creating product messaging, sales collateral, and marketing content
Strong writing and editing skills across internal and external communications
Intermediate PowerPoint skills and the ability to create polished, effective presentations and sales tools
Intermediate Excel skills for list management, data cleanup, quality assurance, and reporting support
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality, with sound judgment around data privacy and brand standard
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare, clinical, or casualty/workers' compensation industry experience (preferred)
Experience with webinar platforms and coordinating and executing ongoing webinar or training programs
Continuous improvement orientation with data-driven decision-making approach

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $85,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
