Description

Cozen O’Connor is looking for at least one associate with two to five years of transactional experience to join the growing Real Estate group in Washington D.C.   The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of real estate.  Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required.  Candidates should be admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the D.C. bar.

The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $285,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
