Description

Job duties will include preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties in our cases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties
Confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations will be maintained
