| Job Summary | The Markey Cancer Center is recruiting for a Research Analyst to work in a wet lab performing technical lab assistance including: maintaining a large colony of transgenic mouse models which would involve careful monitoring and genotyping; RNA/DNA isolation, qPCR, western blot, plasmid amplification, ELISA and IHC staining. Organizing and analysis of data using Excel or Photoshop; lab maintenance, ensure compliance with general lab safety guidelines along with UK and government regulations; must be able to keep an accurate and detailed scientific notebook both hard copy and electronic. This position will have a fully on-site work arrangement. IMPORTANT: Resumes and CVs cannot be substituted for a completed application.
