Sales Growth Enablement Contractor£Competitive
London (Hybrid)
6 Month Contract
Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Growth Enablement (SGE) team by addressing resourcing shortages and enabling team members to deliver on strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team can maintain momentum and achieve its goals despite current capacity challenges.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Generate and maintain the Monthly Lending Pipeline Report to enhance visibility into lending activities and support financial forecasting.
- Provide ongoing updates and reviews, such as the Monthly Series A progress update and Quarterly Series A strategy review, to track and influence market share growth.
Client Portfolio Management:
-
- Assist in the offboarding strategy for uneconomic clients by analysing the client portfolio and suggesting criteria for client transition.
- Support quarterly Corporate and Venture and Growth shadowing initiative to identify clients transitioning to corporate status and ensure smooth transitions with appropriate product offerings.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:

- Deliver weekly updates on European VC & PE deals to enhance prospecting and market knowledge.
- Collaborate on HINV Market Share Reporting to improve understanding of market dynamics and shape go-to-market strategies.
Sales Performance and Optimization:

- Provide basic team-level sales performance reporting to track and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Participate in centralised portfolio optimisation by revising client tiering methodologies to align with updated business strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Engage with various departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Analytical teams, to integrate business intelligence and market insights into strategic planning.
- Support large-scale technology projects by offering subject matter expertise and strategic insights.
Skills / Experience:
- Strong data analysis and insight skillset
- Ability to extract and analyse data to create in-depth insights and recommendations
- Previous experience within Financial Services
- Experience with Commercial or investment banking preferred
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Strong PowerPoint and Storytelling skills
