Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically inclined, friendly, and outgoing individual with experience in high‑end private golf clubs or an associate degree in turf/grass management, ideally with experience in the Northeast region.

This hybrid role includes sales, service, customer onboarding, and field implementation of autonomous equipment. Travel is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Experience Required

A minimum of at least 2 years experience in the golf course service industry as well as 3 industry references. Recent graduates of turf and/or PGM programs are encouraged to apply.

Essential Responsibilities

Support the sales, installation, and service of autonomous mowers, range pickers, and bunker rakes.

• Conduct equipment demonstrations, customer training, and on‑site setup.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and field support.

• Maintain strong customer relationships with golf courses, private clubs, and commercial clients.

• Travel regularly to client sites using a company vehicle.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

• $85,000 Base Salary Includes $25,000 Draw on Commission with no cap & Bonus Potential
