Youth & Family Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Accountant to serve as a member of our Finance Team. The Senior Accountant ensures effective financial planning, management, and reporting. This position will work with program staff and agency leadership to facilitate financial management and stewardship of agency resources. This position will reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, credit card statements, balance sheets, process Accounts receivables, and provide backup for Accounts Payables and Payroll administration. Applicant must have extensive experience in full-charge and cost accounting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, master’s degree preferred.
