We are working with a high-performing global multi-strategy investment manager to help them hire a Senior Accounts Payable professional for their Hong Kong office. The firm operates across a range of asset classes and has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years. This is a key regional position within the Finance team, supporting entities across Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Dubai.

The role sits within a high-calibre finance function, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of vendor management, invoice processing, payment execution, and intercompany billing, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. They have a focus on automation and continuous improvement, and so this will help across improvement projects and further leverage their systems.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally gained within a financial services or multinational environment. Because of the ongoing projects, it is important to have strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English is essential.
