Description

Benson Law Office, PSC is seeking a Kentucky-licensed attorney with experience in General Liability Defense or Medical Malpractice Litigation Defense.  The ideal candidate would have 5-10 years of litigation experience.

 Work would entail preparing motions and other pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, covering hearings, preparing clients and experts for depositions, and attending depositions as well.

Requirements

Qualifications:

         Admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky

        Analytical and problem-solving skills

        Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
