Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP is seeking an experienced 4–6-year associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice in Tampa.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and will be comfortable playing a key role in supporting and executing complex deals within a collaborative team structure.
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions within a collegial and collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualified applicants must have experience working both independently and as part of a deal team on transactions including:
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Development, finance, and regulatory issues
- Joint venture and development agreements
- Multifamily projects
- Commercial Leases
Candidates should have strong drafting and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple components of transactions efficiently from inception through closing.
The role requires sound business judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team-driven environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of relevant commercial real estate transactional experience
- Admission to practice in Florida
