The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) is responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data for assigned business units - PGA TOUR Headquarter Support, which includes Executive, Finance, Tax, Employee Services, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Facilities, Talent and Culture, and Data Technology Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• Five years experience in Accounting/Financial Field
• Financial consolidation and presentation preparation experience is a plus
• Experience with Workday and Report Writing software desired. Adaptive and/or Office Connect preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Assist with the preparation of annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plans for the PGA TOUR
• Support the preparation of Monthly Finance Operating reviews & multiple formats of financial statements for both internal and external audiences
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and reporting processes and improve efficiencies
• Liaison between PGATOUR Financial Systems Solutions and FP&A to enhance the PGA TOUR's internal planning and reporting infrastructure
• Liaison between PGA TOUR Corporate Accounting and FP&A to better understand variances, data, and underlying business performance
• Prepare and maintain financial reporting and analysis for FP&A leadership and various business areas across the PGA TOUR and support ad hoc requests as necessary
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
