- Senior Learning Engagement Coordinator

What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for maintaining, managing, and entering all educational content into a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and assisting in the development of education strategy within the LXP. The Senior Learning Engagement Coordinator will help coordinate the full cycle of product implementation including development, execution, and the evaluation process, and is responsible for learner engagement with content on RSNA’s learner engagement platform, including strategic planning, coordination with RSNA departments, and understanding learner journeys.

What you'll do:
- Develop strategies to boost engagement. Align platform goals with RSNA’s broader education strategy.
- Monitor platform activity using built-in reporting tools and outside data collection platform. Share relevant data reports with stakeholders. Use data to support decision making and strategic planning.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the EdCentral Stakeholder Group. Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders to design and support online learning experiences. Offer recommendations based on data.
- Curate, organize, and maintain learning content within the platform. Manage the production calendar, including announcements and sharing across groups and channels. Develop and test tutorials for functionality. Conduct regular quality checks on materials within the platform and mobile app.
- Ensure content is appropriately shared or removed. Maintain platform performance and efficiency. Stay current with LXP and mobile app features to enhance platform functionality. Provide recommendations on new features when appropriate.
- Assist users with navigation and technical issues via the EdCentral mailbox and customer Service referrals. Track support requests, resolve trouble tickets, and escalate issues to management or vendors when necessary. Communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Proficient using the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with online education, learning management systems and content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360) preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, HTML5 and responsive design preferred
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Basic experience and knowledge of mobile devices, tablets, various browsers
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve
- Comfortable speaking with customers
